$200 for initial evaluation
$125 per 50-minute individual therapy session with doctor
$150 per 50-minute family therapy session with doctor
$110 per 50-minute individual therapy session with masters level therapist
$130 per 50-minute family therapy session with masters level therapist

Psychological/Neuropsychological Evaluation
$200 per hour

Other Services
Representation at School Conferences 
$40 per 15 minutes portal-to-portal

Legal Document Review, Deposition, Court Appearance
$500 per hour

Seminars
Arranged per the needs of the organization.

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician? 

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, check or credit card (online via PayPal) accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $50 late cancellation charge.
